Why Confusion is good?

Design is the only profession in the world that creates clarity out of confusion. Keep in mind, however, that confusion for designers is not the same as confusion for other people. A non-designer will be irritated with confusion, not knowing what to do, and perhaps push whatever illogical solution he can think of.
